Held every Friday at 11am for 30 mins

  • Small classes of max 6 people

  • Improves balance & function

Yogalates

Held every Friday at 10-11 for 1 hour

 

  • $35 per class ( Health fund claimable / DVA Claimable )

  • Suitable for pre/post-operative management

  • It is non-competitive and suitable for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level

  • Improves posture, flexibility, mobility and more!

Held every Tuesday at 11-12pm for 1 hour

  • Suitable for Arthritis, Joint pain or Osteopaenia

  • It is non-competitive and suitable for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level
